Welcome to Vimala Regency. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
Reservation and Check-In:
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A credit/debit card, UPI payment, or cash deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental charges.
Payment:
All room charges and additional services must be settled in full upon check-out. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments, and cash payments.
Any outstanding balance will be charged to the payment method provided at check-in.
Extra Bed Policy:
An extra bed is available for an additional charge per night, which includes a complimentary breakfast for the extra guest. Availability is limited and must be requested in advance.
Children Policy:
Children aged 2 to 10 years can stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents or guardians, using existing bedding.
One child under 6 years enjoys complimentary breakfast. For children aged 6 to 10, breakfast is available at an additional charge.
Smoking Policy:
Vimala Regency is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor public areas. A designated smoking area is available outside the building.
A cleaning and sanitization fee of Rs. 20,000 will be charged to guests who violate the non-smoking policy.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
Guest Visitors Policy:
Visitors of registered guests are welcome to meet in the common lobby areas. For the safety and comfort of all guests, visitors are not permitted on the floors where rooms are located.
Right of Refusal:
The hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner.
Disturbance:
The hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if they are causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or hotel staff, or behaving in an unacceptable manner.
Hotel Rules:
Guests must comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the hotel, including but not limited to health and safety, security procedures, and statutory requirements as to registration.
Damage to Hotel Property:
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. If this damage comes to light after the guest has departed, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. The hotel will make every effort to rectify any damage internally before contracting specialists to keep costs to a minimum.
Removal of Hotel Property:
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items removed from the premises without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. If the item is found to be missing after the guest has departed, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Tampering with Fire Detection Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment:
The hotel reserves the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered/interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points, and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or firefighting equipment will be charged for any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and may be asked to leave the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest’s actions, the police may be involved at the hotel’s discretion. If the tampering is discovered after the guest has departed, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Liability:
Vimala Regency is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. We encourage guests to use the in-room safe for valuables.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children. Please exercise caution in all areas of the property.
Compliance with Laws:
Guests are required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws during their stay. Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Vimala Regency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available at the front desk and on our website.
By staying at Vimala Regency, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay.
Free Cancellation Window:
Guests can cancel their reservations free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
Late Cancellations:
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay will be applied.
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, the first night’s stay will be charged.
Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Rates:
Reservations made under a non-refundable rate plan are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the cancellation timing.
Amendments to Bookings:
Modifications to your booking, such as changes to the arrival date, may be subject to availability and could result in additional charges or a change in the rate plan. Please contact the hotel directly for assistance with amendments.
